Kind of changed my priorities regarding term limits; we should attack partisan congressional redistricting first. If the positive effects of balanced redistricting candidates would have to move closer to the center to win succeed in "ideas" elections rather than elections based on lazy polarization, it may become easier to knock off incumbents and term limits may become unnecessary.
